Validity Period of an Order

If payment cannot be confirmed within 7 days after an order is placed (limited to advance payment methods such as bank transfer), the order may be canceled.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations requested for the customer’s convenience are generally not accepted. However, this does not apply where the product is defective, where the wrong item was shipped, or where the Shop otherwise approves such handling. Please refer to the Refund Policy for details.

Defective Products

If a product is damaged, soiled, or defective, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact our inquiry desk within 7 days after delivery. After confirming the details, we will provide an exchange or a refund. If an exchange is difficult due to an out-of-stock situation or similar circumstances, a refund may be provided instead.
