Terms of service

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the online shop service (the “Service”) provided by HÄZE Tokyo (the “Shop”), which is operated by J&T Partners Co., Ltd. By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope)

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Shop in connection with the use of the Service.

2. Any individual rules, policies, notices, or similar materials posted by the Shop on this website shall form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration and Orders)

1. Users may place orders in accordance with the procedures specified by the Shop.

2. If the Shop determines that any of the following applies, it may cancel an order, terminate the contract, or take any other necessary measures:

• The registration information or order information contains false statements, errors, or omissions.

• There is a risk of unauthorized use, resale, bulk ordering, or similar conduct.

• Performance of the contract would be difficult because payment cannot be completed, delivery cannot be made, or for similar reasons.

• The user has violated these Terms.

• The Shop otherwise determines that the situation is inappropriate.

Article 3 (Product Information)

The Shop endeavors to provide accurate descriptions of products, images, prices, and other information; however, the appearance of a product may differ from the actual product depending on photography conditions, viewing environment, and similar factors.

Article 4 (Prices and Payment)

1. Product prices are displayed on each product page.

2. Payment methods, payment timing, and any other conditions shall be governed by the Legal Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and the rules applicable to each payment method.

Article 5 (Shipping)

The conditions for shipping, shipping fees, delivery areas, shipping timing, and similar matters shall be governed by the Shipping Policy.

Article 6 (Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds)

The conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds shall be governed by the Refund Policy.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. All rights relating to the text, images, logos, designs, trademarks, and all other content on this website belong to the Shop or the rightful owners.

2. Users may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use any such content without the prior consent of the Shop.

Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

• Acts related to criminal activity

• Acts that infringe the rights or interests of the Shop or any third party

• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service

• Unauthorized access or acts that impose an improper load on the system

• Purchases for resale or any other conduct the Shop deems inappropriate

• Any other act the Shop deems inappropriate

Article 9 (Suspension or Modification of the Service)

• When force majeure such as natural disasters or communication failures occurs

• When otherwise unavoidable for operational reasons

1. The Shop does not warrant that the Service is free from factual or legal defects.

2. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Shop, the Shop shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a user through use of, or inability to use, the Service.

3. Even where the Shop is liable, liability arising from the Shop’s ordinary negligence shall be limited to the amount of the product price paid by the user in connection with the relevant order, to the extent permitted by the Consumer Contract Act and other applicable laws.

Article 11 (Changes to the Terms)

The Shop may revise these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on this website or from any other time separately specified by the Shop.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.

2. If any dispute arises in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Shop’s principal office shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction for the first instance.
