Shipping policy

The shipping terms for HÄZE Tokyo (operated by J&T Partners Co., Ltd.) are set out below.

1. Shipping Destinations

Within Japan (including remote islands).

2. Shipping Carriers

Products will be delivered by a shipping carrier designated by the Shop (for example, Yamato Transport, Japan Post, or Sagawa Express). The Shop may select the carrier according to the order details and destination.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and order details. Please check the shipping fee displayed during checkout.

• Free shipping applies to orders of JPY 10,000 or more per order.

4. Shipping Schedule

• Regular products: shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation.

• Pre-order products: shipped in accordance with the timing stated on each product page.

• If multiple items are purchased at the same time, they will generally be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise notified.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times after shipment vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, traffic conditions, and other factors. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date or time.

6. Extended Absence, Refused Delivery, or Incorrect Address

If a shipment is returned because of an extended absence, refused delivery, an incorrect address, or similar reasons, the customer may be required to pay the reshipping costs and handling fees. In malicious or repeated cases, future orders may be refused.

7. Notes on Shipping Fragrance Products

Perfume and fragrance products may be subject to conditions for air transport, ground transport, or shipping restrictions for certain areas under carrier rules. In such cases, delivery may take longer than usual or we may be unable to accept the order.

8. Delays Due to Weather, Disasters, or Similar Events

Shipping and delivery may be delayed because of natural disasters, traffic disruptions, carrier-related issues, system failures, or similar circumstances.
